Platform Terms of Use — What You Need to Know
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the re9 platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by re9 through the platform's website or application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use the re9 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms & Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and re9. The platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where such services are permitted.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on re9. Duplicate account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. re9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested information within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and secure. re9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities and Rules
As a re9 platform user, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, game manipulation, use of automated software or bots to access the platform, or any actions intended to compromise the platform's systems or security.
Users are prohibited from accessing another person's account, sharing accounts, or conducting any transactions on behalf of third parties. Each account is strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder.
- Registering with false information or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
- Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass access restrictions is strictly prohibited.
- Colluding with others for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts or any other unauthorised method is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments, Deposits and MYR Transactions
All transactions on the re9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). re9 supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local bank transfers.
All successfully processed deposits credited to your re9 account are final and non-reversible. Should you encounter a suspicious transaction or a processing error, you are required to report it to the support team within 24 hours of the transaction occurring.
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and full compliance with all applicable conditions. re9 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review where suspicious account activity is detected. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between 30 minutes and 24 business hours.
Re9 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. Users are advised to review the terms of service of their respective payment providers before proceeding with any transaction.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy

Re9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or processing errors beyond our reasonable control.
Account Suspension and Closure
Re9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal review.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all required security checks have been completed.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the re9 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, images, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of re9 or our licensors. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of this content without explicit written permission from re9 is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links and Services
The re9 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational convenience. re9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Re9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
